Terri Renee Kmet was born May 29, 1963 in Detroit, MI and passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at the age of 62 years  after battling Multiple Myeloma. She married her high school sweetheart, Marvin Kmet in September of 1982, enjoying 43 years of marriage.

Terri loved to love on people, no one was a stranger. She was passionate about her faith in the Lord and witnessing to all she met. She was just as passoniate about loving on her grandchildren. Terri also loved gardening, collecting nativity sets and giving to others. Terri had recently  retired alongside her husband, from accounting, she loved to work with numbers.

Terri is survived by her husband, Marvin Kmet; her 3 children, Jessica O'Connor (Calvin Starks), Adam Kmet (Devon), Tiffani Kmet; 9 grandchildren, Alexys Olenick (Adam), Hunter Otto, Quinntin O'Connor, Liam O'Connor (Hannah), Daegen O'Connor, Case Starks, Alexandrea Bissonnette, Drake Kmet, Xander Kmet and 1 great grandchild, Emersyn Olenick; her mother, Sharon Ford (Doug); 4 siblings, Beverli Frank (Mickey), Janet Ivani (Mark), Daniel Bloss, Jody Bloss (Nancy); plus many nieces and nephews. All of these she loved and touched so deeply.

Please join us celebrating her life on Saturday afternoon, Aug. 9, 2025, between 12 Noon - 2 p.m. at Hope Baptist Church, Lebanon Outlet Mall, 1 outlet Village Blvd., Lebanon, TN 37090.  Her life was a living example of her favorite Bible verse,  John 3:16.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory may be given to Hope Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
