Michael Allen Edwards age 68 of the Norene Community died Thursday evening, Nov. 15, 2018 at Cedars Health Care in Lebanon. Born June 20, 1950, he was the son of the late Robert Allen Edwards and Betty Lucile Williams Edwards. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Winfree Edwards and a brother, Robert Coe Edwards. Mike was a graduate of Lebanon High School and received a degree in Agricultural Science from Middle Tennessee State University. He specialized in tractor parts and repair for Rowland Implement and Tri-Green Equipment and was a farmer. Mike was a member of Fall Creek Baptist Church. He is survived by his children, Micah Edwards of Nashville, Michelle (Daniel) Warren of Norene and Tiffany (Jay) Smith of Castalian Springs; grandchildren, Leanna, Dalton and Emma Warren and Jackson Smith; sister, Jackie Edwards of Nashville; nieces and nephews. Funeral services 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Price officiating. Visitation 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. till service time on Monday. Pallbearers, Seth, Luke, Josh and Jared Major, Homer Quarles, Brent Knowles, Joe Hight, Mike Marks. Honorary Pallbearers, Donald Rowland, Dale Edwards, Buell Little, Daniel and Dalton Warren, Jay Smith and Micah Edwards. Interment at Williams Cemetery.
