Michael Wesley Sexton age 19 of the Statesville Community died Saturday evening, Nov. 12, 2016 in a local automobile accident. Born in Tallahassee, FL, Michael was an assistant butcher at Three Forks Market in Watertown. He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Tanya Sexton and brother, Bryan James Sexton of Watertown; girlfriend, Shelby Hamlet; grandparents, Donald Perry Sexton and Christine Kay Sexton of Crawfordville, FL and Michael David Dicks of Bainbridge, GA; great grandparents, Bruce and Lucia Johnson of Tallahassee, FL; several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Lee Dicks and great grandparents, James Sexton, Betty Harman, Rachel Gresham, Gerald and Betty Dicks. A service of remembrance will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016 at the Watertown First Baptist Church. Visitation with the Sexton family will be from 4 p.m. till service time on Thursday.
