Michael Andrew Johnson of Hartsville was born Dec. 2, 1958 in Orlando, FL and departed this life on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024 at the age of 65 years.  He was preceded in death by his father, William Haskell Johnson; son, Michael Andrew "Mickey" Johnson, Jr.; brothers, William H. Johnson, Jr. and Jeffrey Alan Johnson and an infant sister.  Mike was an employee of the City of Hartsville.  He is survived by his mother, Dolores Johnson; children, Matthew Layne Johnson and Kelly Marie Creasey; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; sister, Nelda  Ruth (Rick) Dixon; brother, Phillip Wayne (Julie) Johnson; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2024 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Breck Patterson officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. till service time on Friday. Interment will be at Hillsdale Cemetery.
