Mary Christine Potts age 74 of Alexandria, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026 at her residence.  Born Feb. 9, 1952 in Nashville, she was the daughter of the late Milton Louis Pegram and Katherine Brown Pegram and was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Potts in 2019 and brothers, Jackie, Gary and Sherrill Pegram.

Christine is survived by her children, Eugene (Sue) Pegram of Brush Creek, Larry (Charity) Potts of Lebanon, Kelly (Eddie) Tucker of Smithville, Jessie Potts of Lebanon; grandchildren, Eddie Tucker, Jr., Brian (Kloee) Tucker, Jesse, Matthew, Christian, Bethany and Nathan Tucker, Samantha (Nathan) Scoggins, Sayla Potts, Crystal (Robert) Preston, Cody Pegram, Steven (Shammy) Chapman; great grandchildren, Wren, Sadie, Daisy, Tyler, Winter, Amirah, Haisley, Harlan, Oakley, Chandler and Bryson. She is also survived by her brothers, George, Terry, Randy and Ronnie Pegram; and sisters, Patricia Wood and Rhonda Sparks and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 at Hunter Funeral Home with Marty Potts, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time on Friday. Pallbearers, Jamie O'Brien, Cody Pegram, Brian Tucker, Jessie Potts, Larry Potts, Eugene Pegram. Interment will follow at Hunter Memorial Park.
