Joyce Marie Russell age 68 of Watertown, died Sunday morning, Jan. 27, 2019 at her residence. Born Nov. 19, 1950 in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of late George E.C. Lopp and Martha Mae Clay Lopp. She was a graduate of Central High School in Murfreesboro and was a Fiberglass Technician. Joyce is survived by her daughter, Renae Medlin of Watertown. Memorial services will be announced.
