Joyce E. Horn age 74 of Watertown, died Sunday morning at her residence. Born Dec. 15, 1946 in Parsons, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Simmons and Betty Jean Mooneyham Simmons, Joyce was a member of Commerce Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a nurse for over 30 years. She is survived by her husband, James V. Horn; children, Bryan (Tonya) Horn and Kimberly Horn (Michael House); grandchildren, James (Katie) Horn and Elisha Horn; great grandson, Sawyer Horn; brothers, David (Jo) Ledford, Wayne (Charlotte) Simmons and Jimmy Ledford. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 for graveside services and interment at Commerce Cemetery.
