Jerry Nixon Stephens age 84 of Watertown, died Saturday evening, June 1, 2024 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. Born March 5, 1940, he was the son of the late Thurman and Isabelle Parkerson Stephens. Jerry was a graduate of Watertown High School and retired as a supervisor with Northrup Grumman Aircraft Corp.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Linda Brown Stephens; children, Bill Stephens (Jennifer) of Lebanon, Terra Cummins (Rick) of Louisville, KY and Chris Stephens (Erin) of Madison, AL; grandchildren, Jessica Stephens, Zachary Stephens (Micayla), Carly Stephens (Jackson Green), Madyson Cummins, Preston Stephens; great grandchildren, Cain, Aaliyah and Blaikelyn; sister, Sue House (Carter); brother, James Stephens (Debbie); brother-in-law, John Bryant Claiborne. He was preceded in death by grandsons, Alexander Stephens, Miles Cummins, Hudson Stephens and Hayden Stephens; sisters, Louise Claiborne and Betty Vandygrift and her husband, Marvin.

Mr. Stephens has chosen cremation and the family will have a private memorial service for Jerry.  The family requests that expressions of sympathy in Jerry's memory be made to Alive Hospice, 1629 Williams Dr., Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
