Jean Ricketts age 86 of Lebanon, died Tuesday evening, Nov. 6, 2018 at Lebanon Health & Rehab. Born Apr. 18, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert Frank Bailey and Zora Jane Baines Bailey and by her brothers, Raymond, Robert and Kenneth "Booty" Bailey. Her husband, Ray Ricketts preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 2013. Jean is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Joe Hodges of Lebanon and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Jean was a 1950 graduate of Watertown High School and a member of Fall Creek Baptist Church. She retired after 38 years with the City of Lebanon and later worked for the Wilson County Election Commission. Jean enjoyed reading, trips to the mountains, Tennessee football and cooking and baking for her family and friends. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2018 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Price and Bro. Jim Yates officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. till service time Friday. Pallbearers, Ralph Bailey, Cody Bailey, Larry Bailey, Timmy and Ramsey Goolsby, Cale Cripps, Mathew Martin. Honorary pallbearers, 1950 Class of WHS, Jenny Clark and Laverne Griffin. Interment at Wilson Co. Memorial Park. The family wishes to thank the staff of Family Medical Associates and Lebanon Health & Rehab and Dr. Larimore Warren for their love and care.
