Jack Lee Heady age 85 of Livingston died Sunday evening, July 1, 2018 at Overton Co. Health & Rehab in Livingston, TN. Born May 11, 1933 in Macon County, he was the son of the late Roscoe and Lola Mae Cross Heady. He was preceded in death by a son, Tony Lee Heady; granddaughter, Amanda Lenorea Heady Mullinax; brothers Charles Heady and Billy Heady, sisters Dale Stanley, Wilma Stafford, Alta Christian, Mildred Freeman, and 2 infants. Jack was a retired carpenter and construction worker, and was known as a skilled auto mechanic. He is survived by his companion and caregiver, Georgia Gill of Livingston; daughter, Christie Lynn (Walter) Carter of Nashville; sons, Jerry Lee (Nancy) Heady of Watertown and David Norman Heady of Alexandria; grandchildren, Beau Hudson, Blair Carter and Miles Carter, Daniel Lee Heady, Jesse (Alexandrea) Mofield; several great grandchildren; brother, Joe Lewis (Brenda) Heady of Lebanon and sisters, Shirley (Leonard) Stafford and Betty Jane (Daniel) Mitchell both of Illinois,
Mary Jo Justice of Nashville, TN, and
Carolyn (Tim) White of Moss, TN; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Hunter Funeral Home, visitation 10 a.m. till service time on Thursday. Interment at Hunter Memorial Park.
