Herman Harvey Hardin age 77 of Watertown, died Thursday morning, Sept. 7, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare in Lebanon. Born July 25, 1940, he was the son of the late Jason and Addie Thompson Hardin. Herman was preceded in death by his wife, Erlene Montgomery Hardin in 2009; a daughter, Lydia Banks and brothers, Howell, Doyle and Bobby Hardin. He was a 1958 graduate of Watertown High School and a retired 35 yr. employee of Brigdestone. Herman is survived by his daughter, Renee (Joseph) Hardin of Lebanon; son, William (Angie) Hardin of Watertown; grandchildren, Whitney (Andy Carney) Hudson of Murfreesboro, Rachel Hudson of Lebanon, Shelby (Ryan) Garabedian of Lebanon, Chase Hardin of Watertown, Bailey Dodd of Lebanon; great granddaughter, Lexi Garabedian; sister-in-law, Martha Hardin of Watertown; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Sten Criscoe and Bro. Chris Dickens officiating. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Friday and prior to services Saturday. Pallbearers, Chase Hardin, Joe Dodd, Gary Hardin, Stephen Napier, Michael Brandon, Thomas Prewett. Interment at Poplar Hill Cemetery.
