Crystal Marie Yates age 48 of Old Hickory, died Monday morning, Sept. 14, 2026 at Alive Hospice in Nashville.  Born July 28, 1978 in Paris, TN, she was the daughter of Mary Jane Russell Yates and the late Henry Yates.

Crystal is survived by her daughters, Anna Lane of Old Hickory and Jules Maggard of Antioch and step granddaughters, Maya Grace and Emma: her mother Janie Yates and sisters, Angie Primm and Renita Yates and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her former husband, Ricky Ray of Watertown and life long friend, Venus Konicki.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Walker officiating.  Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. till service time on Saturday. Interment will follow at Hunter Memorial Park.
