Benny Wayne Frederick age 65 of Smithville, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Born Sept. 13, 1957 in Nashville, he was the son of the late William Vernon Frederick, Sr. and Viola Capps Frederick and he was preceded in death by brothers, John, Howard and Allen Frederick. Benny was a retired truck driver. He is survived by his wife, Elisa Dunn Frederick; son, Thomas "Buck" Frederick; grandchildren, Alexis (Josh Stulak) Frederick, Freya Reign Frederick and Remington Kate Frederick; great grandchildren, Ellie and BB; brothers, Billy, James, Randy, Willie and Bernie Frederick; sisters, Faye Duncan, Margaret Windham, Teresa Messik and Elise Frederick; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2022 at Hunter Funeral Home with visitation from 2-8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. till service time on Tuesday. Interment will be at Jefferson Cemetery in Smithville.
