Annette Dye age 81 of Norene died Wednesday evening, Feb, 6, 2019 at Claiborne-Hughes Health Center in Franklin. Born Oct. 5, 1937, she was the daughter of the late William Buford Smotherman and Bennie Bell Pugh Smotherman and was preceded in death by her husband, Dorris Dye; a son, Greg Pulley, an infant son, Keith Pulley; sister, Pat and brother, Ralph Smotherman. Annette was a longtime Wilson County realtor and a member of Fall Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her grandson, William Pulley and his wife, Brandy of Norene; her longtime friend and companion, Jerry Jordan of Norene; stepchildren, Phillip (Jennifer) Dye of Eagleville, Kerry (Phyllis) Dye of Hermitage, Barry (Tracy) Dye of Mt. Juliet, Doris (Mike) Merritt of Oklahoma; grandchildren, C.J. (Trey) McQuary of Norene, Aaron, Savannah, Kenzie, Baker and Cheyenne; several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Dickens officiating. Visitation 2-6 p.m. Saturday and Noon till service time on Sunday.  Pallbearers, Terry Pugh, David Wrather, Wayne Beadle, Charles Warren, Michael and Joseph Jordan. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
