Anita Faye Gemma age 84 of Hermitage, TN, died Sunday evening, May 7, 2023 at her residence. Born Feb. 11, 1939 in Bellingham, WA, she was the daughter of the late Ross and Goldie Baird Power.  Anita was an art teacher and member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Dan Stark of Sequim, WA; sister, Carol Power Hill of Aptos, CA and her nephew, David Power and his wife, Deborah of Hermitage, TN.  A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Gemma will be held at Noon Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church, 3475 Lebanon Pike,  Hermitage, TN with Dr. Poly Rouse officiating.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time Thursday at the church.
